Cancellation Policy
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) All course materials, techniques, training manuals, videos, and proprietary information shared during your enrollment are strictly confidential and the intellectual property of Elite Enhancements. Students are prohibited from sharing, copying, recording, distributing, or teaching any content, techniques, or trade secrets obtained from this course to any third party, online or offline, without written consent from Elite Enhancements. Any breach of this NDA will result in immediate removal from the course, forfeiture of all fees paid, and legal action for intellectual damages. Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in any course. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Full payment is due two weeks before the first day of class unless you have an approved payment plan in writing and signed by Elizabeth. Rescheduling is not permitted. Any cancellations or requests to reschedule will forfeit your deposit. No-shows or cancellations within 14 days of the course start date will result in forfeiture of all payments made. Elite Enhancements reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered alternative dates, no refund. Class Policy Students must arrive on time and attend all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will not receive a refund. Participation in all practical and theoretical sessions is mandatory to receive certification. Disruptive behavior, unauthorized recording, or disrespect toward staff, models, or other students will result in immediate dismissal without refund. All health and safety protocols must be strictly followed. Failure to comply will result in removal from the class. Students must not perform services on models or clients outside of supervised sessions during the course. Certification is awarded only upon successful completion of all coursework, practical assessments, compliance with all policies, and a passing grade on the final exam. By booking and attending this course, you agree to abide by all terms above. Violation of any policy may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of all fees paid.
